~ STUDIO 4:13 COVID-19 Policies and Procedures:

         • Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), STUDIO 4:13 is taking extra precautions with the care of every client and staff to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance.


          • The NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking and is required to reserve the photography session on the agreed date and time. This fee is non-refundable even if the date and time is changed or in the event that the client cancels the contract. Acceptable payment is by credit card, cashapp or cash. The session fee apply towards your session balance!


          • All remaining balances will have to be paid the day of the clients session during check-in before we begin.


          • We understand that circumstances and emergencies beyond your control can and do happen, making it necessary to cancel or reschedule a session appointment. In that event If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their session it must be done via email or text 24 hours prior to the session date. If a client wishes to reschedule or cancel they will only receive a credit in the amount of their deposit and have 30 days from the original session date to use that credit before it expires. In the event of an expired credit the client will not receive any type of refund.

           • Once clients have paid for their deposits and have chosen their package, clients are only able to upgrade their package and they cannot downgrade. If a client is wanting to downgrade their package the day of their session they will still be responsible for the full remaining balance. If any changes are being made the day of the session their will be a $35 inconvenience fee added.


          • Clients must arrive to their session at their scheduled start time. If client is more than 15 minutes late they will receive a $35 late fee and they will start to cut into their scheduled session time. If the client is more than 30 minutes late and is scheduled for a mini studio session, your session will unfortunately be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a $50 fee for the inconvenience! 


          • If your desired location is more than 10 miles outside of the 33916 area code please request a custom quote as you may be responsible for Studio 4:13 expenses including but not limited to mileage, parking, airline reservations, hotel reservations and or local transportation.


          • All clients are allowed to bring 1-2 extra guests to accompany them to their session! Anything over 2 guests will respectfully be asked to wait for the client to complete their session outside of the studio unless the photographer approves the extra guests.


           • Cameras, cell phone cameras, and camcorders are not permitted in any session unless approved by the photographer. The photographers assistant will be taking “behind the scene” pictures and videos which will be sent to the client at the end of their session.


         • All photos taken during the clients scheduled session will be uploaded digitally to a personal online gallery designated to the client which he/she can share with their family and friends and their discretion. If the client would like any photos printed this can be requested for an additional fee. Price will vary depending on the size and quantity of the prints requested! 


             • Studio 4:13 has the right to use any images taken by them for use in their portfolio and promotional advertising. We understand  that some clients wish to keep their images private. If privacy is requested, the client acknowledges and agrees that a privacy fee of $30 is to be set at the discretion of Studio 4:13. This will be added to the remaining balance to cover the monetary loss the photographer may encounter for keeping the images private. Once paid, Studio 4:13 agrees to not use the client’s images for any public use including their website, portfolio and any online or print advertisement.
